Oof, where do I even start with this? Okay, so there’s this thing, “Enchanted by Nature,” coming to The Sims 4 soon. I mean, finally, right? EA and Maxis are teasing us with a new trailer today. But, of course, the real deal is when we get the juicy gameplay details on June 26. Can’t wait.
This is their big expansion since, well, Businesses & Hobbies. Remember that one from March? Nature’s the theme this time, and I’m kinda here for it. Oh, and fairies are back! They were like a hit in The Sims 3, so no surprise there. Imagine EA yanking our chain about it – nah, they’re smarter (usually) than that.
But wait, it gets wild. Apparently, our little Sims can transform into outdoor fanatics. Goodbye, four walls! They’ll be foraging food, bathing in the wild (sounds messy), and star-gazing till they catch some weird, new illnesses. Don’t worry – looks like this Apothecary… thingy? What’s it even called? Anyway, it’s gonna give us remedies or something.
The setting though, Innisgreen – think Ireland, but like, fairytale style. Uh, not your standard Irish town unless the locals have become magical and built treehouses overnight. But hey, there’s one spot that’s a nod to Cobh – cute houses and all. Maybe they’re trying to ground this madness a bit.
There’s also this whole nature season thing kicking off June 24 with some event, Nature’s Calling. Feels like the expansion’s just part of the fun. Then, July 1, boom! More costumes or skins, whatever they call it. All part of this roadmap stretching to August — new stuff on August 19 too, adding more ways to customize.
Anyway, where was I? Right, mark June 26. That’s when we’ll see the full Enchanted by Nature reveal. Until then, I’ll be waiting, like the rest of you. Peace.
