Sure thing! I’ll give it a go.

So uh, BBC, right? Yeah, they should’ve called Greg Leahy before saying you can play NES games on a Super Nintendo today. Classic mix-up. Who knew?
Everyone’s buzzing about Donkey Kong Bananza this week — you know, like bees on a honey jar. Keep an eye out for that review coming up in gaming mags. But there’s more than just that monkey business. If you’re into wacky ideas, check out the Pac-Man exploration platformer. The newsroom swears it’s bigger stuff than Montreal in Shadow Labyrinth. And hey, if you’re getting it on Switch, that upgrade pack is on the house! Nice touch. Then there’s The Wandering Village — if civilization-building on a giant creature’s back is more your vibe.
Oh, and by the way: an ArcSys fighter, some HunterxHunter NenxImpact thing is coming our way too. Maybe it’ll be a hit, maybe not. Who knows? Let’s not forget about the Neverwinter Nights 2 port, a nostalgic trip back with Digital Eclipse-remastered Golden Tee games — bummer, no trackball — and the RPG God Wars is getting a new publisher. Always something, right?
STUFF WE GLOSSED OVER LAST WEEK: Discussed a bit on RFN. There was that Archives title, Super Dimension Fortress Macross II — and an Aussie Rules football game snuck out. Missing licenses means my dream Grand Final between St. Kilda and the Gold Coast remains a fantasy. Dang.
Here’s a quirky one: FIVE DIMITRIS ALERT — Pineapple: A Bittersweet Revenge. It’s eight bucks in the US, eight Euros, seven quid… but eighty bucks in Canada. Yeah, that’s right, eighty. Why? Beats me.
