Oh wow, so Infold Games is at it again, rolling out another update to Infinity Nikki. I swear, these updates come at you faster than you can blink, don’t they? So, after we just wrapped up the whole Blue Tears thing, we’ve got Danqing Season making its entrance. But why am I even surprised?
Anyway, they’re dropping version 1.8 on July 30. Seems like just yesterday we were talking patches, and boom—here’s another one. And this isn’t just any patch, nope, it’s got a whole seasonal flair this time. Standard stuff? Maybe. But what’s not sticking around forever, get this, is the main event that’ll run from July 30 to September 2. Mark those dates, if you’re like me and forget everything.
Picture this: Danqing Season. Sounds fancy, right? It’s all about some traditional Chinese vibes, ink-on-paper style. Speaking of which, they’ve introduced Danqing Island — an entire region with this dreamy, parallel universe where Nikki and Momo decide to play detective. Villagers disappearing and all that. Kind of spooky, kinda intriguing.
Oh — and wait for it — there’s a new boss in town, too. Inkshade: Painting Loong. I mean, who comes up with these names? But hey, sounds intense. Plus, they’ve tossed in mini-games including this traditional Weiqi thing. Like chess, but not really?
Costumes? Sure thing. They’ve got new ones — Clouded Loong, Forever Bond, Danqing Craft. Honestly, I’ve no idea how they keep coming up with these ideas, but here they are. As if you didn’t have enough outfits already, now there’re more to collect.
If you’re like me, you’d probably want to check out some codes before diving into this update frenzy. They’ve got you covered with a guide on that, too.
Anyway, maybe I’m rambling. Happens all the time when I’m hyped. Or confused. Possibly both.
