So, Silent Hill 2. You remember when it dropped last year? Everyone was pumped, especially with the PS5 Pro enhancements. But yeah, that didn’t totally pan out, did it? Folks hoped for some magic from Konami and Bloober Team to fix things up. Yet… well, here we are. They’re supposedly on it, though, trying to untangle the mess. Fingers crossed, I guess.
### Is Silent Hill 2 PS5 Pro Getting Any Love Soon?
Eurogamer had a little chat — or maybe just a memo — from Bloober Team. They’re like, “Yep, we’re cooking up something. Hang tight!” Which is nice, but also vague. No clue when they’ll dish out these improvements. For now, fans are left in suspense, twiddling their thumbs, or whatever.
Over on Reddit — where all passionate gaming debates live and die — people are losing hope. One person’s like, “Totally gave up.” Ouch. Another jumped in, pointing out how even the PC version’s a bit of a mess right now. It’s like they’ve thrown in the towel to focus on other projects. Fair, but also kind of frustrating, right?
Anyway, despite all these hiccups, not everything’s gloomy. Silent Hill 2 still got a lot of love when it first appeared. Sales were through the roof! A million copies gone in just one weekend — take that, nay-sayers!
Oh, and if you’re new to all this and thinking about diving in, Silent Hill 2 is up for grabs on PS5 and PC. You can snag the Standard Edition for 70 bucks. Feeling extra? Go Deluxe for 80 and get some digital goodies. But no guarantees on those PS5 Pro issues — until the magicians at Bloober do their thing.
